Family Fun

Here's another session I've been working on recently. It's been challenging to keep up with all these pictures, plus keep on top of all my "mom" duties. Fortunately I've been blessed with some patient families.

And after this weekend, I'll be all caught up!

"I've had a day"

Another Sadie face. This was from last week and I just couldn't resist those sad eyes. This was all play though. I might have a little actress on my hands as this was taken just minutes after the happy one I put up the other day.

June 14th

This little guy had a blast Sunday running up and down the hills of Mellon Park (near the Center for the Arts). You would think this would make getting his picture a challenge but it was pretty easy. Someone just had to yell "Sit" and he would plop down, turn and say "cheese."

Who would have thought that the best time of day to take pictures of my 2 yr old would be right after nap? This was even taken in my bed and I had to wake her up and got this pleasant, happy child. That rarely happens with my older one. If you wake him up before he's ready, he is a bear.

At the Point

I finally have a moment to catch up on the blog. I have been having so much fun shooting and editing. These are some shots from a session back in May. This family is getting ready to move back to Ireland and wanted some pictures to remember they're time in Pittsburgh. Point State Park seemed like the perfect location. We got some shots with Heinz Field in the background (home of the Pittsburgh Steelers for you non-sports fans). The fountain also made for a great backdrop.
